SL Digital Securities, the digital asset department under BC Technology Group, and Mulana Investment Management Limited, which is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide regulated virtual asset management services for Classes 1, 4, and 9, have announced today that they have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build from a multi-dimensional business perspective and continuously optimize the digital asset products and services of both parties.

Hong Kong BC Technology Group (00863) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, OSL Digital Securities Limited, and Harvest Global Investments Limited (HGI) have submitted a proposal to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on November 1, 2023, to explore the launch of tokenized retail fund products ("Fund Tokens") in the Hong Kong retail market. The proposal aims to comply with SFC's regulatory guidelines on tokenized financial products in Hong Kong. After being authorized by SFC, it is expected that these Fund Tokens will be made available to retail investors in Hong Kong.
