SL Digital Securities, the digital asset department under BC Technology Group, and Mulana Investment Management Limited, which is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide regulated virtual asset management services for Classes 1, 4, and 9, have announced today that they have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly build from a multi-dimensional business perspective and continuously optimize the digital asset products and services of both parties.

Under this strategic cooperation framework, OSL will work with Mulana M through a personal agent model to provide efficient, secure, and convenient digital asset trading platforms for Mulana M's professional investor clients, helping them explore opportunities in the vibrant digital asset market. At the same time, OSL will act as a virtual asset trading and custody partner for Mulana M's funds, ensuring that fund activities are conducted in a safe and compliant environment.

In addition, Mulana M will provide support for OSL's web3 and blockchain project research and coin listing due diligence. The cooperation between the two parties aims to promote innovation in the digital asset field and jointly expand opportunities.
