Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, published an article today titled "Ethereum has blobs. Where do we go from here?" In it, he pointed out that there are four key areas for improvement in L2 protocols:1. More effective use of bytes through data compression;2. Optimistic data technology, using L1 to protect L2 only in special cases;3. Continuous improvement of execution-related constraints;4. Continued improvement of security.Vitalik Buterin also added that Ethereum is basically no longer just a financial ecosystem, but a full-stack replacement for most "centralized technologies", even providing some things that centralized technologies do not have (such as governance-related applications), and now needs to consider this broader ecosystem.
