Information Protocol RSS3 Raises $10M via Token Sale to DWF Labs

Information protocol RSS3 has raised $10M via a token sale to DWF Labs, a prolific investor in Web3. RSS3 aims to bridge blockchain technology and AI, search engines, and social media. The protocol has previously received investment from Coinbase, Dragonfly, and Balaji Srinivasan.

The latest investment follows the unveiling of RSS3 AIOP, an AI training environment providing Web3 information to ChatGPT and others. RSS3's token has a market cap of just under $60M, and the purchase by DWF Labs is the firm's tenth investment of at least $10M into crypto and Web3 projects in less than two months.

In March 2021, Gary Gensler told the U.S. Congress that the SEC lacked regulatory authority over digital asset exchanges, confirming the long-held belief among market participants that digital asset trading on these exchanges is not within the jurisdiction of securities law. Coinbase has requested that Gary Gensler provide documents related to these communications because they are related to how the SEC's enforcement actions violate the due process requirements of the Constitution, but the SEC and Gary Gensler are trying to prevent the disclosure of these documents.
