Web3 community platform Galxe has announced that the Scroll Saga event is currently in a suspended state. The official statement indicates that although it provides the foundation for community participation and project development, the creative direction and details of the event are still in the hands of the creators. Previously Scroll released the "Scroll Saga: The Prelude" points task on Galxe, with the event running from now until mid-March.

Scroll, a second-layer network for Ethereum, has completed its first protocol upgrade since the mainnet launch, with cross-chain costs potentially reduced by up to 50%.

According to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community initiated the ARFC proposal "Deploy Aave V3 on Scroll Mainnet". The proposal suggests deploying Aave v3 MVP on the Scroll mainnet with limited assets launch and conservative risk parameters, in order to establish a strategic position for Aave in the Scroll ecosystem while limiting risk exposure.

Sandy, co-founder of the Ethereum second-layer network Scroll, stated in a post that the Scroll 2024 technology roadmap shows plans to reduce cross-chain costs by 50%; be compatible with EIP1559 transaction types and SHA256 pre-compilation; add multiple validators; join decentralized proof; and parallel EVM. In addition, Scroll will launch some fair launch projects this month.

Scroll has officially released the 2023 mainnet data statistics. In 2023, Scroll's mainnet has accumulated 2.6 million independent addresses, achieved 8.5 million transactions, and the number of deployed contracts has reached 1.3 million.

The SRCS inscription market based on the Scroll chain is about to go online, supporting inscription issuance, casting, and trading. The SRCS inscription will be launched at 9:30 pm Beijing time, with a total of 21 million SRCS inscriptions available, and a maximum of 1000 tokens per mint, with a total of 21,000 mints. Scroll has implemented the inscription index standard, and SRCS has created an inscription market on Scroll through a unified index standard. The inscriptions will be available for trading within three days after minting.

Layer2 network Scroll announced that its Origins NFT event has ended and is now open for over 1.1 million addresses to claim. They are eligible to mint a unique Scroll historical and cultural piece, with the category of NFTs available to mint depending on the time the user deployed their smart contract.In addition, Scroll co-founder Sandy Peng tweeted, "Scroll Origin NFT is our first attempt at developing a developer alliance without permission. We will conduct more experiments to encourage user and community participation."

Prediction machine service Chainlink has announced that it has integrated BTC/USD price feed information on the Ethereum Layer 2 network Scroll, which is based on ZK Rollup, in order to build a more secure DeFi market around Bitcoin.

On November 30th, DODO recently released the DIP-17 proposal, announcing plans to migrate 2 million DODO tokens to the zkEVM Layer 2 solution Scroll. The aim is to use Scroll's advanced technology to provide greater scalability and performance for DODOX - DODO's cross-chain DEX aggregator. At the same time, the proposal also includes the allocation of $100,000 from the DODO Community Fund, aimed at promoting Scroll's trading volume and user participation through an ecosystem incentive program based on liquidity and transaction volume, thereby promoting the continued growth and sustainability of the community fund.<br>The proposal is now open for voting and will end at 5:00 pm on December 4th, with a current approval rate of 100%.
