According to The Block, Ethereum network DEX aggregator platform Flood completed a $5.2 million seed round of financing. This round of financing was jointly led by Bain Capital Crypto and Archetype, with participation from Robot Ventures. Flood co-founder and CEO Francesco stated that this round of financing will end in the summer of 2023 and is structured as equity financing with token subscription rights, but declined to comment on valuation.
