According to official sources on December 11th, the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has announced on its website that it has completed the acquisition of blockchain financial technology company Securrency Inc. to promote the development of digital transaction infrastructure.After the acquisition, DTCC will discontinue the Securrency brand and rename the business as DTCC Digital Assets.
