Braintrust, a Web3 talent network, launched the AI recruitment platform AIR. The platform is able to conduct interviews with top candidates and ask questions based on client requirements through live conversations. Finally, AIR creates a scorecard for candidate performance and recommends the best job seekers, and recruitment managers can review the interviews. Earlier this year, Braintrust announced a $100 million financing round led by Coatue, with participation from Tiger Global, True Ventures, Blockchain Ventures, and HashKey. Braintrust will use the funding to expand its network and provide funding for community projects through grants.
