NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc. announced that it will invest in web3 company BLOCKSMITH & Co. BLOCKSMITH is also committed to developing a facial recognition Web3 wallet (patent pending), and through cooperation with the NTT DOCOMO group, it will promote the development and implementation of more convenient and secure Web3 wallets and enhance the security of blockchain games.

Tokyo-based Blocksmith&Co has secured a second round of angel funding led by MZ Web3 Fund and SAKURA UNITED PLATFORM. The funds will be used for product development and R&D. The company specializes in blockchain-related development and operations, including the provision of CAPTAIN TSUBASA -RIVALS- to Thirdverse Group. It is also focusing on the development of related technologies, such as AI Lab and a business partnership on the Facial Recognition Web3 Wallet.
