Bitcoin rises over 5% to near one-week high

According to Coinglass data, as of press time, the nominal value of open positions in Bitcoin options is $17.39 billion, which is nearly 10% higher than the open positions in futures contracts ($15.84 billion). Earlier today, it was reported that the open positions in Bitcoin options reached a record high of $18.05 billion last Friday.

On November 15th, according to on-chain analysis application Watchers data, former CFO of Frog Nation 0xSifu holds a short position of about $1.78 million in Bitcoin perpetual contract on Synthetix.<br>The current contract market price of Bitcoin is $35,763, while 0xSifu's average holding price is $35,043, resulting in a realized profit of over $27,000. Currently, 0xSifu still has about $266,000 in margin to maintain the position.
