The cryptocurrency landscape is in a constant state of rapid development.

Cathie Wood, founder and CEO of investment management company ARK Invest, reiterated her bullishness on Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in a recent talk at Lyceum Miami with journalist and investor Anthony Pompliano.

The U.S. added 311,000 jobs in February, topping economist forecasts for 205,000, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics' Nonfarm Payrolls report. The unemployment rate rose to 3.6% versus expectations for it to hold steady at 3.4%.

Bitcoin (BTC) tumbled below $20,000 for the first time since the beginning of the year and liquidated $123.25 million long positions held on the assets in the last 24 hours, according to Coinglass data.

Altcoins lost anywhere between 3 and 10%, with Bitcoin and Ethereum coming in at roughly a 6% decline each. In the collapse, Bitcoin price briefly fell below $20,000, which is being retested as resistance turned support.

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes has proposed a Bitcoin-backed dollar-pegged stablecoin NakaDollar (NUSD) which would be backed by $1 Bitcoin and one inverse perpetual swap of BTC against USD.

North American crypto miner Hut 8 reported annual revenue of CA$150.7 million ($109 million) — a decrease of CA$23.1 million compared to the previous year — and a 65% increase in bitcoin holdings.
