The UK-based cryptocurrency trading company B2C2 has announced that it will expand its business to Luxembourg through the acquisition of a local virtual asset registration. According to the website of the French financial regulatory commission, B2C2 has become the 12th officially licensed cryptocurrency company in the country, joining the ranks of companies such as Bitstamp, PayPal, and Zodia Custody. In a press release on Wednesday, the company stated that this registration will allow B2C2 to provide over-the-counter spot cryptocurrency trading to institutional clients and collaborate with local cryptocurrency services and traditional financial institutions. As part of its expansion in Europe, B2C2 recently acquired French cryptocurrency liquidity provider Woorton.
