In April, the whales withdrew 22.55 million ARB tokens (valued at $27.76 million) from Binance and Gateio at an average price of about $1.23. They also deposited 8.44 million ARB tokens (valued at $6.92 million) into Binance at a price of $0.82. The total loss was $6 million.

Lookonchain monitored that a certain whale sold 3.8 million ARB tokens at an average price of $1.04, receiving 1,973 ETH (worth $3.97 million) three hours ago. Since October 23, the whale has been accumulating and providing liquidity for ARB, with an average purchase cost of around $1. The profit was approximately $275,000.
Balancer will provide an additional 1.2 million ARB incentives for its liquidity growth program on Arbitrum
On November 18th, decentralized exchange platform Balancer announced that it will provide an additional 1.2 million ARB incentives for its Liquidity Growth Program (LGP) on the Arbitrum network. This incentive comes from the Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) previously passed by Arbitrum. Prior to this, the total incentives provided by LGP were 1 million ARB, so the new funding injection means that the incentive intensity of the LGP program will double. Previously, the program allocated 80,000 ARB per epoch, lasting until the end of November. Now, it will allocate approximately 171,000 ARB every two weeks, lasting until the end of February next year.

On April 4th and 5th, the address withdrew 17.62 million ARB (worth $20.97 million) from Binance and Gate when the price was $1.19. Then, from September 10th to 14th, the address deposited 8.44 million ARB (worth $6.9 million) to Binance at a price of $0.82. Currently, the address still holds 8.34 million ARB (worth $9 million) and has lost about $4.14 million in total on ARB.
A certain whale deposited 4.93 million ARB into Binance in the past 15 hours and would lose $1.46 million if sold.
According to Lookonchain monitoring, in the past 15 hours, a whale has deposited all 4.93 million ARB coins (worth $5.33 million) into Binance. On April 26-27, the whale withdrew 4.93 million ARB coins (worth $6.79 million) from Binance when the price was about $1.38. If sold now, the whale would lose about $1.46 million.
