The New York Stock Exchange has applied to the US Securities and Exchange Commission to allow Hashdex to convert its existing $3 million Bitcoin futures ETF (DEFI) listed on the NYSE Arca exchange into a Hashdex spot Bitcoin ETF. Hashdex is a Brazilian cryptocurrency company that currently manages $435 million in funds in Latin America, Europe, and the United States.
