The Caja Navarra Foundation is a private foundation, non-profit, that in accordance with its Statutes, approved by the Government of Navarra on 19 June 2013 and by the Ministry of Economy on June 20, 2013, aims promote social, economic and cultural progress of Navarra.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 6.1. of its statutes, the Foundation's purposes "the social, economic and cultural development of its scope, through the promotion, financing and development of direct or indirect activities and social projects in the fields of social assistance and social inclusion, health, education and science, the scientific and technical research, innovation, environmental protection, culture and sport, volunteering, action and social cohesion, conservation and enhancement of heritage artistic, development cooperation and humanitarian aid and promoting financial education.
