Xu Chen is the founding director of AI Research for Winning Health, and the chief scientist at Winning. Xu received his Ph.D in biomedical informatics in Ireland, and his entrepreneurial experience in China. Xu's worked for medical information modeling, clinical data mining and EHR standardization for many years during his career. One of his research work has contributed to development of Ireland's EHR information exchange standards (ISO 13606). He has been also interested in working with clinicians in promoting the applications of deep learning in medical workflow since 2012 while utilizing his rich technical and medical experience.
