Tim Demchenko has over twenty years of international private equity and corporate investment experience. Based in London, Tim has worked for global technology companies (Siemens, IBM) in senior executive roles and international investment banks where Tim launched, built, and led private equity businesses.

As Head of Private Equity, Tim managed international investment teams and led investment deals with a cumulative value of over US$5 billion. He has a strong investment track record with fully exited, realised IRR over 25%, including NYSE and LSE IPOs. Tim has a wealth of experience in fundraising and co-investments having attracted capital from a broad range of leading international investors including Middle Eastern and Asian SWFs, IFIs, institutional investors and private family offices. He developed co-investment partnerships and co-led investments with leading global private equity investors including TPG, Goldman Sachs, Macquarie, and others.

Tim has served as a Board Director on multiple private and public LSE and NYSE-listed companies helping to steer companies' development and expansion strategy, operational performance optimization, and corporate governance.

Tim holds a Masters in Finance degree from London Business School and completed executive courses at Harvard Business School.
