Tom directs all DayNine sales and operations in the southeastern and south central United States. He excels at building trusted advisor relationships, managing large-scale projects and bringing creative solutions to client challenges. Tom has nearly three decades of success with HCM engagements.
Tom began his human resources consulting career as a Benefits Analyst at Hewitt Associates (later acquired by Aon). Between 1986 and 2007, he moved up the ranks, eventually serving as Hewitt’s Regional Financial Leader and then Partner, a role in which he managed implementations for large clients and successfully migrated clients to the Hewitt platform following one of Hewitt’s acquisitions. Most recently, as Vice President of ADP, Tom led the launch of ADP Vantage HCM in 2012.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
