I'm an entrepreneur, angel investor and an international business executive and have developed an extensive network of customers, partners and colleagues around the world. I've founded and established companies in Europe, North America and Asia alike. All my career, I've been involved in computer graphics technologies and have become a distinguished person within the industry.

I founded Basemark in 2015 and am at the moment growing the business and the team. Basemark does world's fastest rendering engines and graphics performance testing software. Areas of application are augmented and virtual reality devices and apps as well as other more traditional mission critical rendering needs.

My first "from start-up to a great exit company was Rightware. We became automotive industry's number 1 graphics solution for user interface design and deployment. I grew the company from inception until the exit in December 2015 (65M €, 9X revenue).

Prior to founding Rightware, I was CEO of Futuremark Corp., a leading PC graphics benchmarking software provider. In 1999, I established a subsidiary for Futuremark in Silicon Valley and managed the U.S. operations for 7 years. I lead the company’s rapid organic growth while maintaining good net income margin. This resulted in 85th place in Deloitte’s EMEA Growth Company Ranking in 2005 and in RedHerring’s Hot 100 Europe nomination in 2006.

I hold a Master of Science in Business Administration from Aalto University Business School in Helsinki and have studied MBA courses at ESADE in Barcelona, Spain, as well as completed executive programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business.
