Sue Korn is the Co-Founder and CFO at Vouch Financial.

Prior to Vouch Financial Sue was the Vice President of Finance and Head of Operations, Prosper Marketplace Inc. As Head of Operations, Sue oversees all aspects of how funds flow through Prosper’s platform, ensuring that information and analytics are accurate, accessible, and actionable for lenders, borrowers and Prosper as a whole. Sue is also responsible for audit and controls around payments and disbursements, providing analysis and reporting to optimize the health of the platform and providing performance insights for clients.Sue brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in finance and operations.

Before Prosper, Sue was First Vice President at Providian Financial where she was responsible for financial planning and analysis, investment decisioning, performance measurement, and management reporting. She also lead the team that developed the finance data infrastructure that allowed accounts in this $25 billion credit card business to be reconciled automatically every day.

Prior to Providian, Sue worked in the Financial Institutions Group in Salomon Smith Barney’s investment banking advisory department, and spent four years in Equity Research at Kidder, Peabody & Co., Incorporated covering the consumer finance industry.

Sue has an MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University in Finance, Management and Strategy and Organizational Behavior. She holds a B.A. in Philosophy Mathematics from Colby College. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
