As a wellbeing consultant and facilitator, Steve has spent the past ten years helping people and organisations take proactive, effective steps to improve their wellbeing and performance. He has supported brands such as BBraun, Barclays, Absa, First National Bank and Discovery Health, focusing on evidence-based, positive behaviour change solutions. Steve designed and led the wellbeing programme for BSG, a South African business and tech consultancy which won the 'Healthiest Company' and 'Healthiest Employees' titles for small companies in the Discovery Healthy Company Index.

Steve co-founded Unmind in 2016 and now works with leading academics and clinicians in creating engaging, evidence-based tools and training to help people understand and proactively support their mental health.
