Mr. Stephen Kerr has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Linius Technologies Limited since April 18, 2016. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Company. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Governance institute of Australia.
