Stephanie is a partner and co-founder at Bootstrap, based in Zurich and London, where she focuses on the sourcing, risk evaluation, negotiation and due diligence of new investment opportunities.

Prior to Bootstrap, Stephanie founded The Real Economy Effect (TREE) to help family offices manage their private equity investments. TREE manages a portfolio of c. $350M in more than 30 private equity investments. Prior to starting TREE, Stephanie was responsible for the private equity assets of Cape Capital AG, a multi-asset manager and family office based in Zurich, who invest directly in companies, from start-ups to mature businesses, and many successes such as Quirky, Inovalon, Kobalt Music, etc. Stephanie also worked in the London based investment advisory team of Deutsche Bank, where she specialized in acquisitions, ipo, leveraged transactions. She held positions within the credit risk rating team of Calyon in Paris, and on emerging market transactions at DIB out of Dubai.

Stephanie is originally from France and graduated from HEC Business School in Paris where she majored in Finance, studied Business Law at Universität St Gallen Management School’s, and of Lycée Louis Le Grand Preparatory School. Stephanie is fluent in French, English and German.
