Shweta joined Advent as a Director in 2009 with significant investment, portfolio management and exit experience. Previously a Director with ICICI Venture, Shweta has been involved in several successful mid market buyout deals. She has also been involved with fundraising and managing relationships with large institutional investors in private equity. Before joining ICICI Venture, she was working for a year at Ernst & Young in their corporate finance division.
