Shea Kelly joined Sumo Logic as Chief People Officer in 2015.Shea Kelly is an integral business partner with the executive team and leads all things related to people and talent for Platfora.

With a laser focus on organizational culture, Shea drives strategic talent initiatives that enable rapid and smooth organizational scale. With 20 years of experience in global strategic human resources, she creates an alignment between business strategy and corresponding talent capabilities.

Prior to Platfora, Shea was SVP Human Resources at Wize Commerce Inc. and has held executive human resource positions at both startups and prominent international companies, including Juniper Networks Inc., Hewlett Packard Co., Actelion Pharmaceuticals, Citicorp and the General Electric Company.


She has built a reputation for targeting and growing deeply admired leaders with a distinct set of talents, who are uniquely geared to fulfill the aspirations of the business.
