Sharon brings strategic insight and an impressive track record in finance and operations to her role as Chairperson of the Audit Committee. She is the former Executive Vice President, Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., a $3.7 billion, multi-channel specialty retailer of high-quality products for the home.
She was a member of Williams-Sonoma, Inc.'s Board of Directors from 2010 to 2012. Sharon previously served as a Director of Del Monte Foods Company from 2007 to 2011 and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sutter Health.

Sharon received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
