Sergio Guarín was born in Bogota, Colombia and has lived in Argentina, Ecuador and Brazil, which has tuned him into to the subtle differences in Latin culture.

Tasked with leading Alcance Media Group’s marketing efforts, Sergio has a background in journalism, graduating with a BA in Print Journalism from Suffolk University.

He has previously worked in marketing and communications for The Spanish Repertory Theater, Major League Soccer/Soccer United Marketing and Vice Media Group, among others. Sergio believes that an affinity for beans and rice is not only a cultural unifier but is, generally speaking, a telltale sign of highly civilized people.
