Roger Deschenes joined the Company in June 2008 as Controller and was promoted to Vice President, Finance in January, 2009. In July, 2010, he was named Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deschenes has more than 25 years of accounting and financial leadership experience with publicly traded and private companies. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Vice President, Finance with Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. a leading supplier of roofing material and related products in North America. From 1990 to 2006 Mr. Deschenes served in several senior accounting and financial capacities at Saucony, Inc., including: Vice President, Controller, Chief Accounting Officer and Assistant Treasurer. Prior to that, he was employed at Allen-Bradley Company, a subsidiary of Rockwell International, Corp., from 1987 to 1990 as Financial and Cost Reporting Supervisor. Mr. Deschenes began his career as the Controller of Thomson Garden Center upon graduation with a BS in Business Administration from Salem State University. Mr. Deschenes is a Certified Management Accountant.
