Governor Miller, 68, has served as a Director of the Company since October 2002. Governor Miller serves as the Company’s Independent Presiding Director, Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Audit committee. Governor Miller is also the Chairman of the Company’s Compliance Committee. In those roles, he led the Board’s independent investigation of Aruze USA, Inc. In June 2010, Governor Miller founded Robert J. Miller Consulting, a company that provides assistance in establishing relationships with, and building partnerships between, private and government entities on the local, state, national and international level. Governor Miller also currently serves as a Senior Advisor to Grayling, a multidisciplinary governmental affairs strategy and management firm. Governor Miller was a partner of the Nevada law firm of Jones Vargas from 2000 to 2005. From January 1989 until January 1999, Governor Miller served as Governor of the State of Nevada, and, from 1987 to 1989, he served as Lieutenant Governor of the State of Nevada. From 1979 to 1987, Governor Miller was the Clark County District Attorney and from 1984 to 1985, the President of the National District Attorney’s Association. Governor Miller also serves as a director of International Game Technology (IGT).
