Mr. Gozon’s longstanding service on our Board provides him with extensive knowledge of AmerisourceBergen’s business and industry. Through his service as a senior executive of other public companies, Mr. Gozon brings valuable operations, productivity, supply chain, marketing, international business, mergers and acquisitions and financial experience to our Board. Mr. Gozon contributes substantially to the oversight of all aspects of our operations, including service as our Chairman of the Board.
