Pamela Craig joined Akamai as a director in April 2011. As chief financial officer of Accenture, the global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, her responsibilities include the Corporate Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Investor Relations, Corporate Transaction Services, Client & Corporate Finance, Corporate Development, Finance Operations and Strategic Planning & Analysis functions. A member of Accenture's global management, operating, executive and capital committees, her tenure at the company spans more than three decades.

Previously, Craig was senior vice president—Finance, with global responsibility for Accenture's client deal structuring and finance, country controllership and group finance activities.Prior to her leadership roles in finance, she served as Group Director of Global Business Operations and Services, with responsibility for all internal information technology, location services at all of Accenture's offices, real estate and travel.

She also held several senior management positions in the company's Products and Communications & High Tech operating groups.In addition to her many contributions to the success of the company, she has been committed to the advancement and retention of women at Accenture.

She received a National Association of Female Executives and Entrepreneurs “Women of Excellence” award in 2009.Institutional Investor named Craig among America's Best CFOs in the Computer Services & IT Consulting category in 2009.Craig graduated from Smith College with a degree in Economics and she holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
