As an early employee of Focus Media, Ms. Zhu hasparticipated in many major reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions of the company, and served as a coordinator of some of these projects.

Ms. Zhu is a qualified member of Certified Public Accountants (CICPA), International Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Control Self-Assessment (CCSA) and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) . She holds a bachelor degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and ever worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian CPAs Limited Company in auditing.
