Nello Franco is the Chief Customer Officer at Onfido. Prior to joining Onfido, he was Managing Director of Customer Operations at Vista Consulting Group, the operations consulting arm of Vista Equity Partners. Nello also served as SVP of Customer Success at Talend, where he was the executive responsible for all customer facing functions, helping grow the company from $40M to $250M in revenue and a successful IPO.

Franco received his Bachelors degree at the University of California, Los Angeles. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.
