Nakshatra Gajbhiye joined Texas Instruments in 2008 as a Design engineer where she worked onproducts for personal electronics and industrial markets. After 4 years in Design, she built and led aMixed Signal Design Verification team and executed on several power products. Nakshatra was electedto the TI Technical Ladder (MGTS) in 2016 and holds 3 patents. She has driven TI level initiatives thatfocused on methodology improvements for New Product Development and Demand Creation. In 2017,she transitioned into the WW Business Lead role for Power Switches managing the Systems,Applications & Marketing teams across US and India. Most recently she took over the Product LineManager role responsible to drive the business strategy, execution and marketing for PowerManagement IC’s
