Maxim is a programming and open-source geek with about 15 years experience (mostly Java and some C/C++). Last several years he worked on highly loaded projects serving multiple thousands requests per second.

Currently he works for the company RevJet where he develops and maintains Data Management Platform used by a big Internet advertisement system. It serves ~100K requiests per second, spans across 3 data-centers and has 40 Cassandra nodes.

Maxim's daily work is to make it consistently operate in 24/7 mode, optimize and extend the functionality.
