Matthew Walsh has served as our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 2012. Previously, Walsh served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since April 2008.

Prior to joining the Company, Walsh served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Escala Group, Inc., a global collectibles network and precious metals trader.

From 1996 through 2006, Walsh held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate development, accounting and finance at diversified industrial manufacturer GenTek, Inc., culminating in his appointment as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to GenTek, he served in corporate development and other roles in banking and the chemicals industry.

Walsh received a B.S. in chemical engineering and an MBA from Cornell University and is a CFA ® charter holder.
