Mr. Walter is responsible for leading the development team, driving the development process, and overseeing product management and strategy across all applications in the organization. Prior to Dakota, Mr. Walter worked at Rosetta and Progressive Insurance where he held various positions in the development process from programming, information architecture, product management, and Technical Director.

He is an expert in designing and developing creative business solutions using industry standards and best practices. Mr. Walter holds a Bachelors in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, from Bowling Green State University.
