Dr. Mark L. Frigo is Director of the Center for Strategy, Execution and Valuation and the Strategic Risk Management Lab in the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University in Chicago. He is Ezerki Endowed Chaired Professor of Strategy and Leadership in the DePaul University Driehaus College of Business. His research focuses on long-term sustainable value creation, strategic valuation, strategic risk management and defining corporate purpose. He serves on the Board of Directors of Keeper Security and on the Advisory Boards of startups and advises Boards of Directors and Executive Team in the areas of strategic valuation and strategic risk management.

Dr. Frigo is the author of seven books and over 125 articles, his work is published in leading business journals including Harvard Business Review. He is a CPA, a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a CGMA and holds a Ph.D. in Econometrics.

Dr. Frigo is a recognized thought leader and advisor in areas of strategy, strategic risk management and strategic valuation. He is the co-creator of the Return Driven Strategy framework and co-author of DRIVEN: Business Strategy, Human Actions and the Creation of Wealth (www.markfrigo.com). He is also the co-author of Strategic Risk Management: A Primer for Directors and Management Teams (2010) and Assessing and Managing Strategic Risk (2018) and Creating and Protecting Value: Understanding and Implementing ERM (COSO 2020) and Strategic Analysis: Methods for Achieving Superior and Sustainable Performance (IMA 2020).

Dr. Mark Frigo serves as an advisor to management teams and boards of directors in the areas of strategic planning and Strategic Risk Management (www.markfrigo.com) and he has presented keynote presentations and executive education programs at companies and executive summits throughout North America, Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific.
