Maria Jose Jorda Garcia is a specialist in Innovation and Customer Experience in the world of financial services. She has a large experience in technology and how to apply it to the banking business.

Her work currently focuses on defining and delivering the first entirely global product in BBVA. From front-end screens, design templates, cells, generic services and open APIs, they are working on the future of banking: how to be agile, make releases of software and mobile products every minute through a single platform, be open through APIs to allow for third party startups to produce value through our infrastructure. They aim at the best customer experiences and the only way to achieve it is through collaboration with startups and innovative companies.
