Luis Gonzalez leads our APAC operations as well as Element AI’s Manufacturing and industrial vertical. He has 20 years’ experience in Digital Transformation of industrial enterprises and has been involved with over 40 Customers in Heavy Industries (Power, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining and Manufacturing) advising on developing and executing their software solutions roadmap within Asia Pacific, North/ South America, Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Element, Luis was the VP & Chief Customer Success GE Digital responsible for delivery of all GE Digital Projects in APAC and formerly the GE Power VP Chief Digital Officer, responsible for Power Digital PNL in Asia.

Before that he spent 15 years working in the SAP Industrial solutions environment for Energy and Resources practices 10 of those years in Digital advisory for Accenture and Deloitte.

Luis has a graduate diploma from MIT with a double major undergrad from University of Victoria in Commerce and Computer Science as well as a specialization in Pacific Asian studies from Chinese University of Hong Kong.
