Larry McRae joined Corning in 1985 and subsequently served in various financial, sales and marketing positions. He was named manager, International Sales, for Science Products in 1990 and in 1993 was named business director for Revere Ware Corporation, a unit of Corning Consumer Products Company. He was appointed vice president, Corning Consumer Products Company, and president of Revere Ware Corporation in April 1995. In October 1996, he was named division vice president, Global Development, Telecommunications Products Division.

He was appointed vice president, Corporate Development in February 2000; senior vice president, Corporate Development in June 2003; senior vice president, Strategy and Corporate Development in October 2005; and most recently executive vice president, Strategy and Corporate Development in October 2010.

McRae is on the board of directors for Dow Corning Corporation and Samsung Corning Precision Materials Co., Ltd. Prior to joining Corning, McRae was a senior accountant with Price Waterhouse.

McRae holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Morgan State University and a master’s degree from Harvard University.
