Krystal is passionate about creating a workplace employee love to call home. She believes engaged and supported employees do their best work, and finds new and creative ways to provide an exceptional experience to Houwzer Employees. Before coming to Houwzer, Krystal was on a career path in the nonprofit sector, working in a variety of areas, including renewable energy, cancer research, and community development. When not at work, she is actively involved in the cooperative landscape.

Krystal serves on the board of the Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance (PACA) and is building a cooperative preschool in the Fairmount neighborhood. Krystal received a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University.
