His domain expertise spans ticketing, social software, streaming analytics, web services and developer tools at companies such as Ticketmaster, Yahoo!, Myspace, and Microsoft. Prior to joining UPGRADED, Korby spent 4 years delivering the backbone web services that power Ticketmaster's commerce order processing, fulfilment, delivery, fraud analysis, financial reporting and customer support for Resale inventory. He is a former Planning Commissioner for the City of Redmond, WA and holds a B.A. in Politics from the University of Puget Sound.
