Kathleen Regan is a Venture Partner at Radius Ventures, LLC, a venture capital firm focused on leading-edge health and life sciences companies. Ms. Regan has been investing in and advising healthcare companies, primarily in the medical device and biopharmaceutical sectors, for the last twenty-five years.

Prior to joining Radius, Ms. Regan was the Executive Vice President of Keystone Dental, Inc. a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC, focused on the dental implant and oral maxillofacial markets, where she led strategy and business development.

She also served from 2003 to 2008 as a consultant to Warburg Pincus LLC, a leading global private equity firm, where she was involved in investing with the medical technology team and served as a board member to several portfolio companies, including NuLens, Inc., Biosyn, Inc and Solarant, Inc.

Previously, Ms. Regan spent fifteen years in healthcare investment banking, serving as a Senior Managing Director and Director of Healthcare Investment Banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey LLC and, as a Managing Director at Freedom Securities Tucker Anthony.

Ms. Regan also serves on the Board of Aeris Therapeutics, and is active on the advisory boards of several not-for-profits, including, Rockefeller University Women in Science and The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She holds a BA from Princeton University in European History, Cum Laude and High Honors in European Cultural Studies.
