Kanan Joshi is a Principal at Digital Bridge Holdings LLC. Prior to joining Digital Bridge, Ms. Joshi was an investment banker advising companies in the Towers, Internet Infrastructure, and Telecommunications industries across the capital structure and in mergers and acquisitions. She has executed over $30 billion in M&A and $30 billion in capital raising transactions.

Most recently, she was a Partner at Pillar Capital Advisors a Technology-focused boutique. From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Joshi was a Director at Deutsche Bank in the Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group. From 2004 to 2008, Ms. Joshi was a Vice President at JPMorgan in the Technology, Media and Telecom Investment Banking Group.

Most notably, Ms. Joshi was a banker to Global Tower Partners and has worked with the team at Digital Bridge since 2008. Ms. Joshi has also worked in corporate development at Sony Entertainment Television (India) and did project financing at the Export-Import Bank of India in Mumbai. Ms. Joshi a Bachelor of Commerce from D.G. Ruparel College – University of Mumbai, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from NMIMS, Mumbai and MBA from the University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
