Justin Ginsburgh is the Principal, Extreme Density, Last Mile Team at Amazon. Currently, Justin works with cities and clients to launch, expand and finance bike share systems across the North America. Prior to his current role at Motivate, Justin led the launch and day-to-day operations of Citi Bike.

Prior to Motivate, Justin Ginsburgh served as Chief of Staff of Empire State Development, New York State’s economic development agency. He also served as an associate at Goldman Sachs, Urban Investment Group, where he worked on real estate projects in low-income communities across the United States.

Justin Ginsburgh holds a BA with honors in History and Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

His favorite bike ride is down Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn, followed by a sicilian slice at L&B Spumoni Gardens.
