Joseph joined the Foundation as a trustee in 2008 and was appointed Chairman of the Foundation in June 2012. He is the Chief Special Projects Officer at Safaricom PLC. His satisfaction is derived from the bond that the Foundation nurtures and shares with people and communities it partners with. According to Joseph, it is through these partnerships that the Foundation enhances the capacity of communities to be self-sufficient in various fields.
