Sandner has served as a member of our board since 1978 and a member of CME for more than 30 years. He also served as our Special Policy Advisor from 1998 to 2005. Previously, he served as Chairman of our board for 13 years.Sandner served as Chairman of E*Trade Futures, LLC, from 2003 through February, 2013 and as President and CEO of RB&H Financial Services, L.P., a futures commission merchant and one of our clearing firms, from 1985 to 2003.Sandner serves as a consultant to RB&H Financial Services, L.P.

Sandner currently serves on the board of the National Futures Association and serves as one of our board representatives on the Dubai Mercantile Exchange.Sandner currently serves on the board of Echo Global Logistics, Inc. and previously served on the board of Click Commerce Inc.
