John has a successful 30-year track record as a software entrepreneur. Most notably, he helped build Solomon Software, Inc. to be the largest privately-held ERP software company in the USA. In 2000, Solomon merged with Great Plains, Inc. and the combined entity was acquired by Microsoft.

At Solomon, John was President and CEO of the International division for 10 years, and prior to that, he was Worldwide VP of Sales and Marketing for eight years.

Prior to Solomon, he was co-founder and CEO of Computech Group, Inc. which was purchased by Solomon Software.

In 2000, John became an investor and advisor to Sphere Communications, Inc. until it was acquired in 2007 by NEC Corporation.

He received his B.S. in Marketing from the Pennsylvania State University in 1975.
