Joel Traut is the Partner of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. Prior to joining KKR, he spent thirteen years at GE Capital, most recently as a region manager at GE Capital Real Estate where he led their northeast commercial team, focused on sourcing, structuring, and negotiating first mortgage and mezzanine loans. Mr. Traut graduated from the University of Kentucky and holds a B.B.A., Summa Cum Laude, in Finance and Marketing.
